Online Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a confidential space in which to explore whatever is troubling you. There is no threshold to meet: if you feel sad, anxious or overwhelmed, therapy can help.

You may wish to start therapy because you are unhappy in your present relationship and would like to make sense of your situation. Perhaps your partner does not wish to come, so you are coming alone. It may be you are thinking of separation or divorce, but are unsure if it is the right way forward. 

Alternatively, you may want help thinking about your choices of partner. Perhaps you’ve noticed you pick a certain type, which ends without the fulfilling relationship you had hoped for.

Other reasons you may choose individual therapy

Or, perhaps you have issues with a close friend, or have noticed struggles with friendships in general. So often we minimise the impact friendships have on our life, but they are like any other relationship and can go through difficult times.

If a close friendship ends suddenly, it can be confusing and upsetting – like a breakup. 

Perhaps you have a difficult relationship with your parents and need a space in which to understand your feelings. Likewise, becoming and being a parent is challenging, and can bring up all sort of feelings. Whilst you may love your child , perhaps you need a space to explore some other feelings. Becoming a parent is lifechanging, and the psychological impact should not be brushed away.
